Siofra River Well Map Location And How To Reach The Area

Exploring the sprawling underground subterranean zones in Elden Ring offers some of the most memorable visual experiences in the game. Among these hidden locations, Siofra River stands out with its star-filled artificial ceiling and ancient ruins. Finding the entrance to this vast zone and locating its regional map fragment is essential for smooth navigation.

Finding the Siofra River Well Entrance

The primary access point to the Siofra River region is located in East Limgrave. Players should head into the dense woods of Mistwood, near the Minor Erdtree. Look for a large, round stone building that houses a massive elevator mechanism.

Stepping onto the platform inside the building triggers a long descent deep into the earth. Once the elevator reaches the bottom, step off into the lower cavern system. Following the straight path forward will lead directly to the initial Siofra River Well Depths Site of Grace.

Traversing the Lower Ruins to the Main Riverbank

From the initial Site of Grace, proceed deeper through the ancient stone ruins while avoiding local threats. You will eventually encounter a secondary lift that brings you up to the expansive open area of Siofra River. Riding this lift reveals the full beauty of the illuminated underground cavern.

Follow the stream upward past local wildlife toward the central section of the region. You will soon locate the Siofra River Bank Site of Grace situated near large stone pillars. Resting here establishes a convenient baseline checkpoint for the rest of your exploration.

Locating the Siofra River Map Fragment

Unlocking the map layout makes planning your route through Siofra River far more manageable. From the Siofra River Bank Site of Grace, look slightly to the east toward a grand set of stone stairs leading up to the Hallowhorn Grounds.

The map fragment lies directly on a corpse resting near the base of the right pillar near those stairs. Ride your mount over to pick up the item safely before distant archers spot your location. Obtaining this item immediately illuminates the subterranean map, revealing key terrain landmarks.

Key Points of Interest in Siofra River

Once the map is uncovered, players can focus on completing the regional flame puzzle. Eight stone obelisks are scattered across the woods, and lighting their braziers grants access to the local boss. Defeating this boss provides valuable rewards for your character's progression.

Additionally, travelers can locate portals that lead to elevated ledges and secondary boss encounters. Take your time navigating the area to collect rare crafting materials and unique armor pieces. Careful planning ensures you clear every vital objective in this subterranean realm.
